Villa Tzoulia is part of a unique sea view project named “Olive Stone Villas”. Located high above the bay of Paleros, surrounded by olive groves, the sea and the quiet beach of Pogonia are within walking distance. The view is stunning with the turquoise Ionian Sea being highlighted by the lush green backdrop of the Acarnanian Mountains.
During the summer months, most time is spent outdoors, and this villa provides the best facilities for this.
The luxury of Villa Tzoulia is clear to see as soon as you approach, with the lush grass and different colours of the shrubs complementing the blue of the heated swimming pool.
Upon entering into this well designed villa, you are greeted by a large dining & living area that offers stunning views out to the pool and over the bay of Paleros. A fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar gives a spacious area in which to cook.
Leading off the living room is the spacious master bedroom with a Cocomat® double bed to ensure a perfect night’s sleep. The en-suite bathroom is extremely spacious, consisting of a shower, basin and a separated area for the W.C.
Villa Tzoulia is air conditioned throughout.
From this upper level, the external areas are very large and offer home from home comfort. An outside dining table comfortably seats 6 and allows al fresco dining with amazing views. To enhance your dining experience is a good sized gas bbq.
This upper level external dining area also offers a comfortable lounging area where aperitifs can be enjoyed whilst watching the amazing sunsets that the Paleros skies offer.
Descending down to the ground level are two further bedrooms. Both with Cocomat® double beds and en-suite bathroom with shower, wash basin and separate W.C.
From the villa are extensive grounds where there is another well designed and shaded seating area with teak table and a sun terrace where teak loungers surround an amazing heated 4.5 x 11m infinity swimming pool.
An outdoor shower helps cooling off from the midday sun.
Below the pool is a storage room with a washing machine and dryer for the use of guests.
The villa has an amazing, well maintained landscaped garden which is abundant with flowers, shrubs, bushes and citrus and olive trees.
