Villa Elia is part of a unique sea view project named “Olive Stone Villas”. It is located high above the bay of Paleros, surrounded by olive groves and the peaceful beach of Pogonia is within walking distance. The turquoise Ionian sea being complimented perfectly by the lush green backdrop of the Acarnanian Mountains. During the summer months, most time is spent outdoors, and this villa provides the best facilities for this.
The luxury sense of villa Elia is clear to see as soon as you approach, with the lush grass and ever changing colours of the various shrubs combining perfectly with the blue of the swimming pool.
Upon entering this unique and ultra-modern villa, you are immediately greeted with fantastic views of the villa and beyond. Leading off to the right is the spacious master bedroom with a double bed, large built in wardrobes together with an en suite. The en suite is cleverly designed so that the W.C is separate from both the shower and basin. Outside from the master bedroom through sliding glass doors is a comfy seating area. There is a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and a large and spacious living area providing a comfortable lounge area with coffee table and a dining area that comfortably seats 6 people.
To the left is the second bedroom which can also boast of spectacular views. There is a double bed and large built in wardrobes and patio doors leading outside. The en suite has a separate W.C, shower and basin.
A third bedroom is located garden level and entered into via the external steps from the main house to the garden. This bedroom has a double bed, plenty of storage space, a WC, separate shower and basin.
Leading out from the villa, you have a large teak decking area with a lounging area in the corner and another dining table that seats 8 in the centre.
Large, stylish tiling takes you down a few steps to the large 5 x 10m pool with teak sun loungers surrounding the pool, and to the side, a covered lounging area. The area is perfect for after dinner drinks and watching the sunset. A great aspect of this villa is the outdoor kitchen / bbq area which is perfect for al fresco dining.
Beyond this outdoor living area are more steps leading down to a beautiful, well maintained landscaped garden.
