Villa Mytikas is located high above the bay of Paleros and surrounded by olive groves. The sea and the quiet beach of Pogonia are within walking distance and the views of the turquoise Ionian Sea highlighted by the lush green backdrop of the Acarnanian Mountains are possibly the most breath taking that you will ever see.
Villa Mytikas is a newly built, luxurious villa that has been designed to the highest standard. Upon entering you have stairs that go up to living areas and down to the ground level bedrooms and external areas.
The upper level has a large lounge, dining area with French windows that open onto a large balcony and a fully equipped kitchen that is set back from the living area.
The balcony has an outdoor kitchen with pizza oven for al fresco dining and a seating area that is perfect for lounging and relaxing. Relax and admire the amazing views in the outdoor heated jacuzzi which compliments the villa perfectly. The views are stunning, both of the pool below and the amazing blue of the Ionian Sea.
On the ground level are 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite with plenty of storage space. Bedroom 2 has a double bed and bedroom 3 a double and a bunk bed which is good for children to stay with parents. These two bedrooms share a bathroom. All rooms are extremely light and roomy with plenty of storage space and all bedrooms have patio doors that open out onto the garden and poolside.
Outside offers everything that you require for a perfect stay. Large teak sun loungers and cushions surround a beautiful heated swimming pool. Beyond is a well-established landscaped garden.
