Villa Mouria is located high above the bay of Paleros and surrounded by olive groves. The sea and the quiet beach of Pogonia are within walking distance and the views with the stunning turquoise Ionian Sea together with the lush green backdrop of the Acarnanian Mountains are possibly the most breath taking that you will ever see.
Villa Mouria is a newly built, luxurious villa and has been designed to the highest standard. Upon entering you ascend a few stairs to reach the upper level. Here is the large lounge/dining area with French windows that open onto a large balcony and a fully equipped kitchen that is set back from the living area.
The master bedroom is also on the upper ground level. This is beautifully designed with the bed facing the sea and French windows that open out onto a private balcony, perfect for drinking coffee and watching the early morning sunrise. There is an en suite bathroom with W.C and plenty of cupboard space
On the lower ground level there are 2 bedrooms, both with a double bed, and one also boasts of a bunk bed, making it perfect for children. The rooms are light and roomy with plenty of storage space. Each bedroom has patio doors that open out onto the garden and poolside.
Outside offers everything that you require for a perfect stay. Large teak sun loungers and cushions surround a beautiful swimming pool. Beyond is the beautifully landscaped garden with seating under an established Mouria tree which provides excellent shade in the summer months.
Ideal for al fresco dining the villa also has the added luxury of an outside kitchen / bbq. A stunning teak table, seating 8, completes the perfect outdoor dining experience.
