Villa Ioanna - a cycling villa with great beachfront access

Villa Ioanna is part of a unique sea view project named “Olive Stone Villas”. It is located high above the bay of Paleros and surrounded by olive groves. The sea is so close that you only have to walk for a few minutes to reach the beach. The view is stunning with the turquoise Ionian Sea together with the lush green backdrop of the Acarnanian Mountains.

During the summer months, most time is spent outdoors, and this villa provides the best facilities for this.

Upon entering this unique villa you are immediately greeted with a well-designed and modern living area that is spacious and open. It provides a comfortable area for relaxing, and together with the wood burning stove makes this villa ideal for both summer and winter. 

The kitchen is fully equipped with breakfast bar.

 A spacious master bedroom has a double bed that faces out to the bay so upon waking, you are greeted with perfection.  The en-suite is cleverly designed to have the W.C separate from both the shower and basin, and to also incorporate the large built in wardrobes alone one wall. All 3 bedrooms have high quality Cocomat® beds that guarantee a good night’s rest.

The second bedroom also boasts of spectacular views.  There is a double bed and large built in wardrobes and patio doors leading outside. The en-suite has a separate W.C, shower and basin.

Below, entering from a separate entrance is the third bedroom which has a bunk bed and a double bed with en-suite bathroom.

The large external area provides everything that is required to have a perfect and relaxing stay. The large outdoor kitchen boasts a wood oven, bbq and large preparation area that makes al fresco dining easy and enjoyable.  A fantastic teak dining table, that easily seats 10, allows you to dine whilst admiring the surroundings.

The 7mx4m infinity pool completes your holiday, allowing you to just soak up the view and the sun.  You can choose from the comfy sun loungers for resting poolside or around the table to just sit and drink your morning coffee and read a book.
