Compatible with Shimano SPD, SL or Look KEO cleats. If you are not using clipped shoes flat pedals will be mounted on your bike.
A suitable, lightweight helmet is provided for maximum safety and comfort.
We pick you up from your hotel and shuttle you back there once the cycling is completed.
A vehicle that provide assistance and support during the cycling
No one gets hungry or thirsty. A variety of local and healthy snacks, fruits and beverage are offered during the cycling part of the day.
One guide will be cycling along with the group making sure all ride safely and show those spots that matter.

What does the bike rental include?
We try to include everything that will make you feel comfortable to enjoy a day of cycling. Based on your height and your bike type preference we select your bike and mount your desired pedals. We also provide you with helmets and water bottles. Shall there is anything else you may need (e.g. cycling shoes, or special snacks please let us know).
What to pack for the day?
You can bring along any personal belongings you need for the day’s ride. You may leave them inside our support vehicle and collect them during and/or after the cycling is over. We recommend the following
How long does a day tour usually take?
In every tour, a detailed estimation on the tour’s duration is provided. Glance at the itinerary section found online to get a complete picture. However, based on the day’s load, the weather conditions and the flexibility of your schedule, we may prolong or shorten the tour.
Can I adjust the mileage or the elevation?
Yes. Regardless of your fitness level at the time of the tour, in most of the cases opting for a shorter / longer route with less / more elevation is relatively easy to implement. Please let us know before your day starts for us to ensure that all supporting personnel is well informed.
